This year is a little different because i am not the one remind my siblings. Usually i would be the one that remind them, a week before however this time round is my brother who reminded me. Maybe i too busy with school work as i just started school a few weeks ago.
What made me more surprise was that my brother had volunteer himself to buy the cake. As in the past he will only pass us the money, me and my sister will then go buy the cake. while, even thought it just a cake but what important is we still remember my dad's birthday despite we were so busy. A present does not value by monetary value, which what we had learned last year me and my brother buy tonic wine for our dad. However until now he barely drink it because he could not drink so much as his body is belonging to the "heaty" type of body in Chinese medical term.
While that day, was an enjoyable day as everyone cancel out schedule and went home early so to celebrate my dad's birthday. May be was that different generation, when my dad young they did not have thing such as birthday cake or they could not afford it. When we were celebrating it my dad was surprising happy.
